30-Day Return Policy

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (like your order number or receipt) is required.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at Snugstripe@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your package back.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified.
If approved, a refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, or quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased:

  • Used or opened products

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Digital or downloadable products

  • Clearance or final-sale items
